1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Regional Delivery Estimates & Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping speed. Delivery estimates vary by market:

  • United States & Canada:

    • Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 business days.

  • United Arab Emirates & Middle East:

    • Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days.

  • Pakistan:

    • Standard Shipping: 4 – 8 business days.

  • Rest of the World:

    • International Express/Standard: 7 – 15 business days.

(Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the order date. Actual transit times may vary due to regional carrier delays or customs clearance).

3. Order Tracking

When your package ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International Orders: Orders shipped outside the origin warehouse location may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.

  • Zams Collection is not responsible for these extra charges if applied. They are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

5. Correct Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details and contact phone numbers are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs provided during order placement.
